The Great Nyack Get-Together 

The Great Nyack Get-Together is more than just an all day fair, it's a day that brings our community together. On this day, everyone can bring their entire family for a day of fun and learning at absolutely no cost. This event is run by the Village of Nyack. In past years, we have welcomed artists, food vendors, musicians and  even a game of human foosball. This is an opportunity for organizations to share “what they do” with members of the community, and we mean truly share, each organization is required to provide an activity at their booth so guests can learn more about them. September 11th Hometown Heroes Observance

Hometown Heroes Observance is held every September 11th at 6:30pm in Memorial Park to remember those in our community that perished in the terror attacks of 9-11. 

Earth Day Celebration

Every Spring, the Recreation Department partners with the Nyack Chamber of Commerce to celebrate our planet and Earth Day.
