Over the summer, you will notice something new on the streets of Nyack - New MuniMeters! These new meters are “Pay-by-Plate”.  They will allow you to pay by coin, credit card and by an app on your smart phone. You can easily find the app in the app store under “Flowbird”.  For those who want to be prepared, you can set up your account in just a few steps. Create a username and password, enter your vehicle’s license plate number and a payment method.  If you have the app, no need to feed the meter, when time runs out just login to the app and add more time. Rates for on street parking in the MuniMeter area will be $1.00 per hour, and $1.25 per hour on Main Street, between Broadway and Franklin Street.  Long term parking in the municipal parking lots will remain at $0.75 per hour.
